I’m pleasantly surprised at the strength of the magnets: it makes a pretty strong seal to any ferrous metal objects. It fits a AirTag perfectly and very easy to install. The rubber is soft and pliable enough that it will not scratch either the metal or the AirTag. It comes with extra metal holders with a peel-off sticky backing to stick to non metal surfaces as well.

I got these to put AirTags on my grandparents cars. I have one in the trunk of a car. It was very easy to install. Insert the tag, and magnetize. The other one, I had to use the sticky metal strips inside the truck, and it still worked very easily. I will probably get more of these for our personal cars as well.
